We want you to be fully satisfied with your HulaNeck® WaveRing. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Unused and in the same condition that you received it
In the original packaging
Returned within 30 days of delivery

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days to your original method of payment.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or error on our part. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

Exchanges
