Improve neck stability · balance · agility · impact-resistance capability
3+3 Training Method · Professional-Level Neck Strengthening
Through the HulaNeck® 3+3 training method, users can systematically train neck stability, balance, agility, and impact-resistance capability—supporting people who require stronger neck control.

① Preparation Phase
Whole-body activation and stretching to safely wake up neck circulation and mobility.
② Core Phase
Three-dimensional resistance training: flexion-extension, lateral flexion, and rotation to enhance stability.
③ Consolidation Phase
Targeted stretching and relaxation to support recovery and gradually improve range of motion.
Training Movements
Flexion and extension: forward and backward neck movement can be paired with a hand-pull strap for resistance.
Lateral flexion: left and right lateral flexion strengthens muscles on both sides of the neck and improves balance.
Rotation: controlled rotation training helps improve cervical rotation control and can be combined with other movements.
Safety note: use light load and stop immediately if pain, dizziness, numbness, headache, nausea, or unusual discomfort occurs.
